Within the period of 15-19 May, 2023 the delegation of the US Department of Energy paid a regular visit to the ANPP. During the walkdown conducted in the Armenian NPP area the members of the delegation got acquainted with the US funded activities of the I, II and III stages, which were aimed at modernization of the ANPP physical protection system.

During the meeting, that took place in the framework of the visit, the approaches of the American side and the contractor regarding the acceptance tests for the work performed at this stage were considered. Issues related to the modernization activities of the IV stage were also discussed.
